Bull Shoals resident arrested for Internet Stalking of a Child

PRESS RELEASE

On 3-29-12 Matthew Ribolzi, age 23, of Bull Shoals was arrested and charged with Internet Stalking of a Child, a Class A Felony, Unlawful Use of a Communication Device, a Class D Felony, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The arrest stems from an Online Cyber Crimes Investigation by Officers of the Flippin Police Department. During the course of the investigation Ribolzi chatted with an undercover officer who was posing as a 14 year old female. Ribolzi made arrangements to meet with the female to engage in sexual activity at a location in Flippin. When Ribolzi arrived he was arrested without incident by Flippin Police Department Officers. During the course of the arrest officers found Ribolzi to be in possession of synthetic marijuana along with a smoking device.

Bond for Ribolzi was set at $25,000.00.
