Bull Shoals resident arrested on Felony Drug Charge

PRESS RELEASE

On 4-12-2012 Brandy Mitchell-Weismann, age 30, of Bull Shoals was arrested and charged with two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine, a Class B Felony and Unlawful Use of a Communication Device, a Class C Felony.

The arrest stems from a three month joint investigation by the Flippin Police Department and Marion County Sheriff’s Office.  During the course of the investigation officers learned that Mitchell sold an amount of methamphetamine with a street value near $400.00. Officers from the Bull Shoals Police Department located Mitchell on 4/12/12 and she was arrested without incident.

Bond for Mitchell was set at $5,000.00. At the time of the press release she has posted bond and is awaiting a court date in Marion County Circuit Court.
