Bull Shoals resident arrested on Felony Drug Charges

On 4/25/2012 Scott Farmer, age 39, of Bull Shoals was arrested and charged with 3 Counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine, a Class C Felony.

The arrest stems from a four month joint investigation by the Flippin Police Department, Bull Shoals Police Department, and Marion County Sheriff’s Office.  During the course of the investigation officers learned that Farmer sold methamphetamine on three separate occasions. A warrant issued for Farmer and he was arrested without incident.

Bond for Farmer was set at $10,000.00. At the time of the press release Farmer has posted bond and is awaiting a court date in Marion County Circuit Court.
