Bull Shoals resident arrested on multiple Felony Drug Charges

On 3-4-12 Troy Woelbing, age 46, of Bull Shoals was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana with Purpose to Deliver, a Class C Felony, Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana), a Class D Felony, Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana), a Class A Misdemeanor (two counts), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class D Felony, and Unlawful Use of a Communication Device, a Class C Felony (two counts)

The arrest stems from a five month joint investigation by the Flippin Police Department, Marion County Sheriff’s Office, and Bull Shoals Police Department. Officers from each Department conducted controlled purchases of marijuana from Woelbing during that time period. On 3-4-12 Officers from each Department learned that Woelbing had an amount of marijuana in his possession. On 3/4/12 a search warrant was executed at an RV that Woelbing was living in at Bull Shoals by officers from each Department. During the course of that search officers located an amount of marijuana with a street value of approximately $25,000.00. Officers also located an amount of marijuana related drug paraphernalia as well as an amount of methamphetamine related drug paraphernalia.

Bond for Woelbing on the initial deliver of marijuana charges was set at $25,000.00. Bond for the additional charges has not been set at the time of the press release and Woelbing remains incarcerated at the Marion County Jail.
