PRESS RELEASE
On 8/12/12 Justin Funderburg age, 21, of Flippin and Randall Schneider, age 19, of Summit were arrested and charged with Delivery of Marijuana, a Class D Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class D Felony.
The arrests stem from a joint investigation by the Flippin Police Department and Marion County Sheriff’s Office. During the course of the investigation an undercover officer made contact with the two and they delivered marijuana to the undercover officer with a street value near $300.00. Warrants were issued for the two subjects. A Marion County Deputy located the two when responding to a noise compliant on 8/12/2012 and arrested them without incident.
Bond for both Funderburg and Schneider was set at $5,000.00 each. Both remain incarcerated at the Marion County Jail at the time of the press release.
