Flippin Resident arrested for Absconding from Parole

On 2-14-15 Phillip Henley, age 43, of Flippin was arrested by the Flippin Police Department for Absconding from Parole.

Officers at the Flippin Police Department learned that Henley was a parole absconder and wanted by Arkansas Community Corrections Officers. Flippin officer’s received a tip from a citizen on 2-14-15 of Henley’s location. Officers set up surveillance and waited on Henley to leave the location in a vehicle. Officers stopped the vehicle arrested Henley without incident.

Henley remains in the Marion County Jail at the time of the press release with a No Bond Hold for the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections. Flippin Police are also conducting a theft investigation regarding Henley and he may face additional misdemeanor charges when that investigation is completed next week.
