PRESS RELEASE

On 11-1-12 Walter Martin, age 33, of Flippin was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery in the Second Degree, a Class B Felony.

The arrest comes after the Flippin Police Department received a report that Martin had struck a five year old child in the face. Officers located the victim child and conducted a number of interviews. Martin was arrested without incident at his residence in Flippin.

Bond for Martin was set at $25,000. He remains in the Marion County Jail at the time of the press release pending a court date in Marion County Circuit Court.
