On 11/10/12 Shawn Partee, age 33, of Flippin was arrested and charged with Sexual Solicitation of a Child, a Class B Felony and Unlawful Use of a Communication Device, a Class C Felony.
The arrest comes after Flippin Police were notified that Partee had been texting a 14 year old female. Officers learned that the text messages had become sexual in nature. Officers were able to obtain that females phone and text with Partee posing as the 14 year old female. Partee made arrangements with officers to meet at the park in Flippin to engage in sexual intercourse around midnight Saturday night. One team of Officers was at an area near the park while another was running surveillance on Partee at his residence in Flippin. Partee was arrested without incident by Officers.
Bond for Partee was set at $50,000.00. He remains incarcerated at the time of the press release. Deputies from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the arrest.
