PRESS RELEASE
On 1/27/2012 Dawn Mackivitch, age 45, of Flippin was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class D Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class D Felony.
The arrest stems from after Mackivitch was stopped for a traffic violation by a Flippin Police Department Patrolman. During the course of the stop officers located a methamphetamine pipe along with a small amount of methamphetamine. Mackivitch was arrested without incident and transported to the Marion County Jail. Bond for Mackivitch was set at $15,000.00.
The Arkansas State Police assisted with the arrest.
