“The Marion County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a Flippin man on a Flippin Police Department warrant for sexual assault. Twenty-year old Clinton L. Moyer was arrested Monday on a charge of sexual assault in the fourth degree.
Flippin Police Chief Dusty Smith said his department did the initial investigation into the case. When they discovered the assault had taken place in the county, he said the case was turned over to the Marion County Sheriff’s Department.
Bond for Clinton Moyer was set at $25,000 and he is scheduled to appear in circuit court.”
