Mtn. Home Resident arrested on Felony Drug Charges

On 6-9-14 Michael Feeney, age 26, of Mountain Home was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class D Felony, Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance, a Class A Misdemeanor, Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class A Misdemeanor.

The arrest stems from a traffic stop by Flippin Police Officers. During the course of the stop officers located an amount of methamphetamine, two pills, and a container with marijuana residue.

Feeney was arrested without incident and transported to the Marion County Jail. Bond for Feeney was set at $2,500.00. The 14th Judicial Drug Task Force assisted with the traffic stop.
