PRESS RELEASE
On 4-22-14 Milan Sweet, age 23, of Summit was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class D Felony and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle a Misdemeanor.
The arrest comes after Flippin Police received notification that Sweet was driving a vehicle without the owner’s permission. Flippin Officers located Sweet in the vehicle and made a traffic stop. During the course of the stop officers located an amount of methamphetamine in the vehicle.
Sweet was arrested without incident and transported to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. Bond for Sweet was set at $5,000.00. He remains incarcerated at the time of the press release.
