Press Release

On 7-9-14 William Golden, age 41, of Flippin was arrested and charged with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, a Class C Felony.

The arrest comes after Golden failed to report to Flippin Police as scheduled to verify his residence as required by Arkansas Sex Offender Registration Statutes. A warrant was issued for Golden and officers from the Flippin Police Department located him during a traffic stop on 7-9-14.

Bond for Golden was set at $2,500. He posted bond and is awaiting appearance in Marion County Circuit Court.
