Two Yellville residents arrested on multiple Felony Drug Charges

PRESS RELEASE

On 5-1-12 Christopher Vosecek, age 22, of Yellville was arrested and charged with Delivery of Psilocybin Mushrooms, a Class B Felony, Delivery of Hydrocodone (two counts), a Class C Felony, Delivery of Oxycodone, a Class C Felony, and Delivery of Marijuana, a Class D Felony.

Also arrested on 5-1-12 was Timothy Hogg, age 39, of Yellville. Hogg is charged with Delivery of a Hydrocodone (three counts), a Class D Felony, Delivery of Oxycodone (three counts), a Class C Felony, Delivery of Methamphetamine, a Class C Felony, Delivery of Marijuana, a Class D Felony, Unlawful Use of a Communication Device, a Class C Felony, and Conspiracy to Deliver Hydrocodone, a Class D Felony. Hogg also faces enhanced penalties as some of the deliveries occurred near a church, school, or park.

The arrests stem from a six month joint investigation by the Flippin Police Department and Marion County Sheriff’s Office. During the course of the investigation officers learned each of the men were selling the narcotics. The cases are related with both men present during some of the transactions, while both men made some transactions alone. A warrant issued for each of the men during April of 2011. Both men were arrested without incident at their separate residences on 5-1-12 by Marion County Deputies.

Bond for Hogg was set at $25,000.00. Hogg posted bond and is currently awaiting an appearance in Marion County Circuit Court. Bond for Vosecek was set at $15,000.00. Vosecek remains incarcerated at the Marion County Detention Facility at the time of the press release.
