On 4/26/2012 Jared Paxson, age 25, of Yellville was arrested and charged with Delivery of Psilocybin Mushrooms, a Class B Felony, Delivery of Hydrocodone, a Class C Felony, and Delivery of Marijuana, a Class D Felony
The arrest stems from a three month joint investigation by the Flippin Police Department and Marion County Sheriff’s Office. During the course of the investigation officers learned that Paxson sold the illegal narcotics. A warrant issued for Paxson and he was arrested without incident last week.
Bond for Paxson was set at $5,000.00. At the time of the press release Paxson has posted bond and is awaiting a court date in Marion County Circuit Court.
