On Thursday, June 28, 2018, Linda Hayes, age 51, of Yellville, Arkansas, was arrested without incident at her residence.
Following a nearly six (6) month long investigation, Ms. Hayes was charged with three (3) offenses of Delivery of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance to an undercover officer. All three (3) counts are a Class D Felony.
Hayes was booked and processed into the Marion County Jail Facility, where she posted a $2,500.00 bond. Hayes is scheduled to make her first appearance before the Marion County Circuit Court on July 18th, 2018 at 10:00 AM.
